We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but just in case you’re not, please see below for our refund, exchange and shipping policy.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Personalised made-to-order products
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise of the reason for returning the item. The customer is responsible for the postage costs of a returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also let you know my refund offer and, if eligible, when your refund will be issued.
If the goods are returned in their original condition as stated above, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only full priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
I only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send me an email at email@example.com with all the details.
I reserve the right to offer a replacement of equal or greater value if a replacement is not available.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend you use a tracked service to return any item. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of items returned to us nor tracking them, but will acknowledge receipt within 2 working days.
