Glass Robin Christmas Ornament

Wooden painted block ornament with glass robin, with hand twisted wire tree. Includes 'Merry Christmas' message on a small copper plaque. Perfect to pop on a mantlepiece, windowsill or to decorate your Christmas table.

This one-off glass ornament has been made using lampworking techniques.

The robin has been made individually by me on a mandrel using a torch so there are never two exactly the same. Each one is then carefully annealed in a programmable kiln and thoroughly cleaned before adding the wire to them and making them into the ornament. The wires are set into a small wooden block painted in white and finished with a small copper plaque stamped with the message 'MERRY CHRISTMAS'.

The wire tree is adorned with small glass beads available in three different colours, red, green or blue. Please select your colour when you place your order.

The robin is approximately 12mm in diameter.

The wooden block is 20mm deep, 40mm wide and 50mm high.

The copper plaque is 30mm by 20mm.
